How can I increase spend on my credit card so I can increase the balance and overall build the maximum transactions with my CC?
Is paying my friend with PP goods & service and paying with CC and then him sending it back a good option? Or would PayPal not like this?
or buying rolexes, and then reselling them for same value or slightly less to pay off my CC?
obviously trying to do this LEGALLY....

I've never thought of this until now LOL you could definitely get charged from someone you know have them send it back to your bank, lose the fee money and pay it back off but generally what expands your credit is the ability to pay on time, now how much you pay and how fast it's paid; that really doesn't matter so I'd suggest once they pay you back to slap it into another account and then autopay the card from there.

It's hard to do MS with reselling items. Even if you buy a Rolex, basically everywhere will charge you sales tax or VAT on it. Even if you're able to sell the Rolex for retail price - you're still out 5%+ which can be substantial for an expensive item.
A couple of churning forums have methods for MS using gift cards. The old Vanilla Visa method doesn't work much anymore but there are variations on it that are worth trying.
