The only restrictions for these are if you've already used a free trial on the account you’ll only get 3 months and you can't have a active paid subscription.
You can get around this by creating a new apple ID.

Got a vouch copy specifically for Apple Music since I don't really use the other services, 3 months it is indeed legit.
Should be 4 months but since I had it, the trial doesn't apply for me.
