Not marketplace related - but related to HF [NEED URGENT HELP] - C0dah20 - Jun 18, 2022
Ok so long story short, I have new broadband and since using it (2 days ago) - whenever I login to HF it says this IP address is currently banned and to not use a VPN - but I am not using a VPN...
The previous broadband did not run into any issues and I have never used this new provider before up until recently.
Secondly, my conversations are not loading the chat logs and my notifications show the number but I can't load and see what it is.
I got new broadband because the speed on this provider was a lot quicker, anyone know a way to sort this?
For those asking how I made this post, when I disconnect the wifi from network settings and reconnect, sometimes the pop up message when I am on HF goes away but it comes back later, just baffled rn...

This was happening to me last night. Its resolved now.

It resolved itself after a few hours. I didn't get the IP Banned message though.

You maybe triggered the firewall. You can on me the ip. But try again in 24 hours. Refresh your cache.
