Creating this dispute because the seller is constantly deleting my comments on his post. This dispute is to serve as an educational post for anyone considering purchasing this service.

My last post on his thread was this:

"Big update. We ran ads and when we were supposed to optimize them to make our first sale he ghosted me for an entire month. I was very patient with him (I told him it was okay to be busy but I just needed an update) as he would come online and offline (sometimes coming online to just play call of duty) and ignore my messages while the ads continued to waste my money. very unprofessional and I do not recommend buying at all. I am very tempted to make a scam report and open a Paypal claim now."

His response was this:

"Too much time difference, user was refunded."

My issue with the tone of this post was that he makes it seem like he intentionally refunded me, but instead, he lost the paypal dispute and I was therefore refunded. Another issue is that, he tried to counterclaim the dispute after a month of ignoring me, so he clearly and desperately wanted the money back. If I had lost the dispute, he would have continued ignoring me.

Another issue with his response regarding me in the thread is this:

"Hi, I don't really want to drag that conversion on in my thread but basically at that time one of my own stores popped off massively, had to do fulfillment from my own house to scale while I was looking for a warehouse, plus had a few other really high ticket clients so things were a little hectic. There was no time to help the user who we ran into that issue with (mind you, he purchased through the autobuy without even consulting me first, I did my best to work with him but at that time I wasn't even taking clients). Nevertheless he was fully refunded, and got to keep a bad ass store which probably made him a ton of money."

Please note, I am NOT making any money off the website and store. It shut down because he barely taught anything that would lead to my first sell.

Another note is a big one:
He claims to have a big team of developers and etc that creates the websites and product lists. However, during the website creation process, I saw copyrights in the themes that lead to a fiverr seller who created dropshipping websites and INCLUDED potential products to sell along with how to setup advertisements for dropshipping stores (services that he claims to provide himself) Another point is all the example sites he sent me of businesses that successfully ran ads are sites that are no longer existant and it is very difficult to tell if he actually made a profit off them.

Now he is back and hoping to reset his service after the failed business interaction with me, asking me privately in PMs to remove my posts so I can receive a free lifetime membership to his dropshipping website. I asked him to make things right and provide the original service I paid for, he instead decided to ignore me and delete all comments and posts I made regarding his poor quality service.

For anyone with questions regarding his service and the experience, I am open to PMs (I can provide screenshots of evidence such as the paypal dispute and the fiverr link). I would have never created this dispute if he was honest, however, it is clear he did not learn from this interaction and I fear he will attempt to scam another customer.

I expect him to leave me negative ratings soon as retaliation for this post, same as he did for the other person who tried to acknowledge my bad experience with his service and got nothing but dishonest responses.

1. You purchased through the autobuy without my confirmation during an extremely busy time for me, at a time I wasn't taking clients.

2. Tried to keep you on, built you a kick ass store with premium themes/designs/logo/branding and everything included.

3. I did take take a while to start training/advertising with you because again, at the time you bought in without my consent I was busy with another store of mine which I had to do fulfillment from my house, so I was spending 10+ hrs a day packaging orders. Which I apologized for.

In hindsight I should have never accepted you when you bought in, it was my own mistake.

4. You charged back, got your money back, and left negative posts on my thread.

5. I PMed you to fix the situation, to remove your negative posts, and in return you'll have access to my course (which I sell for $997), and you get to keep your store. You refused.

6. How am I suppose to continue providing the service you paid for if you charged back the money?

I tried making it work for both parties, where you kept the store, you kept your money, and you got full lifetime access to my course which teaches you how to advertise and get sales for free. You refused, instead chose to sales trash a thread that I've had up for years with 99% satisfaction rate with tons of customers.

I'm the one that took a loss here, I spent over $400 on your stores theme/custom graphics/logos and designs which you're keeping for free, yet I'm the one getting a scam report opened on me.

Kindly return my store, you've gotten your money back, and If anyone PMs you about your experience with me, you can tell them whatever you want.

At the end of the day I'm the one with over $100k in ad spent and over $1.1m in ecommerce sales with over 6+ years of experience in this field. If there's anyone on this forum that can deliver ecom results, it's me.

What I want from you:

You got your money back, I want the store that I built for you back. Please PM me and I'll give you the information you need to transfer the stores ownership.

Hello again!

I am so glad you decided to finally acknowledge me and not spend majority of your time deleting my comments so no one can see the truth in regards to your service. I will address your points one by one, but I expect some courtesy from you. I want an open and honest discussion, so please refrain from any dishonesty and no shameless advertising for your service. Got it? Good!

"You purchased through the autobuy without my confirmation during an extremely busy time for me, at a time I wasn't taking clients."

Want to try again? https://imgur.com/a/HXYM3wq

A bit dishonest in my opinion. But after looking at the majority of your rebuttals, that seems to be a reoccuring theme. I purchased the service during a time where you were actively looking for people to mentor.. in fact, you were looking to take 2!

"Tried to keep you on, built you a kick ass store with premium themes/designs/logo/branding and everything included."

You ignored me for a month and said nothing to me at all. After you "built" the store (we will get to this later), you actively ignored all my messages and only came on to discord to play call of duty. What you do in your own time is your business-- agreed. But when you have 1k of MY money and proceed to ignore me, a lot of people in my situation would consider this a scam. In fact, I was way more understanding of the situation and yet you took advantage of my kindness.

In case you forgot: https://imgur.com/a/wTQDcSN

"I did take take a while to start training/advertising with you because again, at the time you bought in without my consent I was busy with another store of mine which I had to do fulfillment from my house, so I was spending 10+ hrs a day packaging orders. Which I apologized for."

You apologized many months after I won the dispute, and wanted me to delete my comments about your service as you were going to bring it back and reel in more people to possibly scam.

"You charged back, got your money back, and left negative posts on my thread."

Because you attempted to scam me.

"I PMed you to fix the situation, to remove your negative posts, and in return you'll have access to my course (which I sell for $997), and you get to keep your store. You refused."

Oh yes.. your nearly 1k course that you sell. Remind me.. is that the course that has no content and is full of blank placeholders? https://imgur.com/a/Jasjaqt

In my opinion, that is not work 1k.. but you're the professional so I will just let the people decide.

"How am I suppose to continue providing the service you paid for if you charged back the money? "

Interesting you bring that up! In fact, when I initiated the dispute.. here is what I put:

https://imgur.com/a/nkQaPzM

That is very lenient of me and yet you treat me this way-- continuing to be dishonest. This is incredibly rude.

"What I want from you:

You got your money back, I want the store that I built for you back. Please PM me and I'll give you the information you need to transfer the stores ownership."

Too late. No.

I honestly feel really bad for you, considering that you really fought for that 1k in the dispute. I am considering giving you $5 as it should cover the costs of the website building and various other things that were provided to me. $5 sounds a little too low right? Considering this is the person you outsourced the work to (I found it in the bottom copyright during website development before you changed it to your site link), he seems to do work at a reasonable price.

https://www.fiverr.com/zymantasvenc/create-a-premium-shopify-dropshipping-store-free-video-ad-8116?context_referrer=user_page&ref_ctx_id=ebcd39a99a97f89185587087c8d8ac02&pckg_id=1&pos=2&imp_id=92ef2bfe-a658-425c-be1f-d0e921766e9b

I was still willing to pay you the 400ish bucks despite me knowing that you outsourced all your work for cheaper. You wanted the full 1k so you could continue ignoring me and play call of duty.

"If anyone PMs you about your experience with me, you can tell them whatever you want."

Got quite a bit of PMs. Already done!

Anyways, this will be the last post I make regarding the issue. Knowing how you conduct business thus far, I know you will continue to be incredibly vindictive and simply do not want this to become a positive outcome. I just hope that no one ends up in my position which is the reason why I came back to HF and made these posts. As your profile motto says "through any means necessary", I did not expect that to include scamming and incredible dishonesty. I wish you good luck in your future endeavors.

The shop does not belong to you, you're not allowed to use it. Super simple.

If you still use it, it will get expensive for you (lawyer).
And if he doesn't have your RL data, the shop can be taken down by him through different methods.

This is a well known "problem" web designers have all the time with "special customers".

Just letting you know this to save you stress and headaches.
I hope you guys can work this out.

The site is down, he knows this. All content that was created was deleted. There is nothing to return to him. This has been the case for months and no profits have been made.

Edit: I also don't even use Shopify anymore. https://imgur.com/a/PGqYD8X

But thank you for your input, that is a good point and I answered in an immature manner. For that I apologize to him specifically. But yeah, there is no content left of the site as I have removed it a long time ago.

I’m so glad all those dropshipping courses ish have died out. Idk why anyone would’ve paid for that stuff anyways, all that info is on YouTube…..for FREE!

Yep, I kinda deserved it for taking the spoonfed route. Definitely learned my lesson.
