A few questions about the warning system.
Why can you not view notifications when you're given a "warning"?
Why are you not allowed to post for up to a month for a mere warning?
Don't you think this is too long for a warning?

I think you should read the announcements section. There was a complete thread for the this particular question and also as to why warning has much more significance than it had before.
