Resident Evil | Netflix Series - Gary - Jul 19, 2022
Just attempted to watch the first episode of this Netflix series.
It was awful. I couldn't even finish the first episode due to how bad the blue screen/CGI was within the first 25 minutes.
Here's the trailer, I wouldn't recommend it though personally.

I watched the first episode the other day and the CGI was pretty shit and cheesy but it was pretty entertaining to get super drunk with my roommate and watch.
Just got mad drunk and talked shit and enjoyed the few fun parts.

All the reviews were bashing it most people say the first 3 episodes are the best

Oh yeah even drunk we didn't make it through episode 2 and just decided to watch the new Dr. Strange movie and smoke a ton of weed instead

I woke up last night with Netflix playing this show. I was on YouTube before I passed out. I'm traumatized I had to experience watching this show again.

Alright, so I was able to finish watching the series the other day from the start with some friends. Its alright after the first episode. The main character Jade is very unlikable. Everything she does is so selfish. The ending episode was just weird asf. Low tier CGI. Wish they spent more money making it look better.
Kinda going to hope for a S2 that isn't as cringe.

I thought the same thing. A few episodes in, it gets better. Which doesn't say much because the first few were poorly written IMO. I would definitely say pass for sure.

It was a funny show for us. We mainly laughed at it, since we watched it all in one sitting lol.
I'm curious to if they will have a season 2 or if it'll be another show that gets killed off after 1 season.
