Posting Screenshots of Discord Vouches Channel - thenewusername0101 - Jul 23, 2022

Hi!

I understand I am not permitted to advertise my Discord server on my thread.

However, am I allowed to insert screenshots of vouches from my Discord server?

Thanks :)

I don't think there's a problem as per the Help Docs, even though such vouches would be pretty much worthless to anyone with a brain. The goal should be to establish a reputation here on the forum, discord vouches are generally unimportant especially this way

I'm not sure you can use off-site vouches. I believe the only way you can use a vouch is if it has a HF contract binded to it.

No. Vouches must come from contracted customers from the same thread you're posting them on. They can't be from off-site or older threads.

You would get another warning for posting Vouches that don't have HF Contracts.

Basically trying to use some off-site vouch history for HF is going to be meaningless and a policy violation here.

We don't care if you came from a site with 1000 deals done. If you didn't do them here we just don't care. This is actually a smart policy because it prevents people from impersonating a reputable member from another community. Which btw sometimes is a problem anyways but they don't get far because of policies in place.

Build your reputation on HF and you'll do fine.
