No , For not reading the Help Docs and using contract system you might be in trouble, did the user send you any onsite messages?

Then the scam has nothing to do with this forum sadly, All deals and disputes must use the contract system here, if you cant prove the member owns that discord then I am sorry to say you have been scammed and nothing can be done.
