I understood that promoting Discord username without authentication or Discord server is not allowed.
Is it also disallowed to hire a moderator for a Discord server without authentication?

I am not sure if that not not allowed, but I doubt that HF staff would get involved if anything goes south.

It's disallowed to post/send Discord servers invite links. Regardless if you auth your discord account with your HF or not.
However if you want to post/send your discord username, you will need to auth it.

I am not going to post Discord username or server link. Only asking to hire moderator with experience.

HF rules can't be a bit tricky in these kinds of situations.

The policy is that you can't advertise a Discord server. Stay within that policy.
