One of the most recent shounen + fighting anime I've watched: Tokyo Revengers, a bit more serious, darker, and mature than My Hero Academia.

Hajime no Ippo is a little older but a really good anime about boxing. Not all of it is dubbed so not sure if you're looking for sub or dub anime?

Even though it's older, it's worth it! Watched it subbed the first time. Dubbed the second time, and then switched to sub.
Watch all subbed. Highly recommended. One of my Top 10 Anime.

It's without a doubt in my top 10 as well. I'm a dubbed person through and through even though most judge that. I watched some of Hajime subbed just because all of it isn't and never will be dubbed. I have to really enjoy an anime to watch it subbed. Think the only one I ever went through all the way subbed was Toriko.
