how to bind exe file with pdf using pythone or any other way.. Or what library do you use for these things?

if u bind any exe with any file the resulting file will be an exe so if u want to send the file that bined u must use extension spoofer and send the file in password protected zip

you can convert your exe in byte code and bind it in .xls or .doc ( Office macros) or you can use builder as well

You can use any file binder, even some free ones, to bind files. The output will always however be .exe only.

A real pdf exploit won’t be possible whatsoever for you, if you did somehow have it it would cost many thousand dollars
Besides, pdf files have opened in web browsers since like 2006, not locally
Anyone who tells you they have or can do this is blatantly lying/scamming
