DCRat on CrazyRDP - Chris777 - Sep 19, 2022
Hello everyone,
I can't get DCRat to work from CrazyRDP.
When I build the client, I put the ip of my CrazyRDP server and I use the default port (8848). When I run the client on my VM, nothing happens. I tried to use CrazyRDP's "port forward" function by adding a TCP with port 8848 but it didn't change anything.
What did I do wrong? Is running client on a VM the problem? Thank you in advance for your answers.

Check your firewall for incoming connection that where the issue lies.

Thank you for your answer, unfortunately the firewall is already disabled on my RDP
When i check on canyouseeme, the port 8848 of my RDP is open so i dont understand.
I pay 20$ who help me to setup DCrat on my CrazyRDP.

It should work though, try async rat then we can know where to look into.

Crazyrdp is very odd in my experience if this is still happening to you
I’ve had more than one occurrence where the rdp simply could not take in port forwarded connections even though the port was clearly open. I wait a few days not touching anything and it magically starts working
Try making a support ticket to them that ur not receiving port connections, otherwise wait a few days and see if it starts magically working as that’s what’s happened to me on more than one time with them

most of the time crazy rdp port forwarding issue happens becoz of firewall policy by disabling the firewall u can fix the issue

I’m aware, in the past (like a year ago when I last used it) it would regularly refuse to accept connections even with firewall off until a few days after I purchased
No clue why to this day

maybe use a different port like 8888 or 8887. provide me anydesk and i will see if i can fix it for you.
but if you would prefer to spare a few coins then get a rdp from starkrdp
