I started a project 6 months ago, and abandoned it halfway because the developer doesn't speak English and I don't speak his language either. After the struggle and paid we went through while working on the project, I discovered some errors or rather changes that needs to be made.
So not to pass through the same pain of language barrier, he just gave me the source code.
I need a good VB developer to help me complete this project.
The deal is this.
For every purchase of this software, you get 30%.

How big of a project? I hope the other guy doesn't also have a cut if he is out of the picture already.

P.S. I'd probably rewrite the entire code-base in C# unless there's a reason it needs to be VB.

Depends what the project is regarding. How large scale it is. And if the original co-developer will be receiving any of the sales or if he is out of the picture completely.
