What are you drinking right now - zerocool - Oct 10, 2022
My morning drink is mostly black CBD coffee made in my areopress and if im not feeling that it will either be CBD tea or nettle tea.

It's so hot in here and feeling exhausted that's why I go with Gatorade Blue Bolt and I love it's taste. ✌🙂✌

It will defo help with replacing lost electrolytes and fluids due to the heat.

What i have noticed is, the place i have to work os stay most of time. If i have a transparent jug/cup (bigger to be better) of water there i automatically drink more. but if it is far away or not in fron of my site i tend to drink less. So maybe you can try this and see the difference.
