You're talking to someone who's quite involved in the RS market lol - the price is way off.
Main sites are selling .32/M - some people even selling bulk .29/M with people buying around .27/M.

Yes. Raids 3 came out 3 weeks prior and gold was inflated for quite a bit after. Fluctuates whenever big releases happen
