There are tons of forums with plenty of sellers tho, so if you look around you should be able to find something.

Nope, i can guarantee you that only scammers will contact you.
Depends on your needs which you didn't even specify, you can buy malware(a botnet in your case) then setup it and spread. Thats your only option
