Haven't looked into these for a while.
But try checking out Octoparse and HTTrack

Best way to RIP content is always to do it manually. Software almost always mess up the structure, code, files, and it never comes out as you would like to.
Manually ripping is extremely easy to do, and does not take long. I recommend looking into that instead.
