Don't know what you mean by that. Handshakes of whatever type aren't encrypted. They can't be because key negotiation must happen during or after a handshake.

Sorry I didn’t mention, WPA2 Handshake.
I try it in Wireshark, bruteforce but nothing.

You can only capture packets (including EAPOL packets) in Wireshark. Tools like airodump-ng and hcxdumptool are better for capturing handshakes, as well as tools built on those like wifite, Fern Wifi Cracker, and airgeddon.
To the point, what wordlists are you using with Hashcat and does the AP use a default ESSID? You can try posting your hash in this thread and see if someone can crack it for you. https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=6187158&page=12
