Looking back, typically nothing
I've heard talk of intermittent fasting improving focus and I do notice that I'm more alert on an empty stomach
I also like caffeine in seltzer water (e.g. AHA or Bubbly Bounce) to lock-in and hydrate

To answer the question though, if I am hacking I am usually not eating anything

I have similar preferences, I like to enjoy pure whiskey with ice during my "wanderings" through the depths of the Internet.
But not too much so as not to obscure the clarity of thinking😁

not hacking in particular, but just internet browsing in general I need a lot of caffeine to keep me up late hours of the night online, so naturally energy drinks like gfuel or monster is what I "snack" on...
