I have got sucked into this the past couple months, I enjoy the resin printer I bought. Looking into getting a good 3d scanner, I’ve already made some decent money on the prints I have, but curious to see if other members are playing around with the resin prints. I know my bud Lrrr is messing around with it as well.

I looked into it as a hobby but never progressed after. Looks like something fun to do, especially if you can make some money out of it.

I’m looking into it as a hobby right now as well. There’s one $400 or so one I saw on target as a beginner, you think something like this would be good to start with?

3D Printing is amazing man. Lots of money to be made there from manufacturing handgun accessories, to arts and crafts, to even parts for cars, parts for toys etc etc. Great hobby man

I have a heavily modified Ender 3. I don't mess around with resin printers, the resin for them can get pretty gnarly.
What things have you printed?
I use a simple 200.00 halot resin printer. It’s a bit messy but actually pretty simple. I printed the whole Zelda collection, a couple tree houses, the details are insane I’m just learning more on the curing process. I’ll send you some pictures on convo

The reasons which im going for anycubic is for their support , also the led panels has like x10 more times warranty time than others , also is 6k , and of course you can make also bigger resin shits

Been 3D printing for 5 years give or take. I use fusion 360 and design my own engineering projects and print stuff for that. Currently working on a bin bar for my workstation that will have locking cabinets assigned to numbers. Might add RFID too if I care enough but prob not.

I want to get into it, mostly because I have a really unique door handle shape that I need to replace at some point soon, and I think I could design and print a good one lol
