What moment in your life perfectly embodies picking all the right dialogue - littleblueguy24 - Dec 12, 2022

You're going through life. What conversation did you execute perfectly to the point of feeling like you couldn't have said it better?

Getting interrogated and appearing lame, ignorant, and boring to get less time/charges.

If I would sit down I could come up with many, as I often find myself throwing words around 😆

Here is one of my favorite, I am from Europe but had a GF in the US of A, so would often enter on visitors Visa. This one time I roll into NY and the airport was close to full, and I had learned long time ago that I can go to the residental line as it is shorter, even though the process is all electronically processed at the end of the line there is a dude or dudette that goes over everything and askes you few questions.

Since it is full the dude seemed a but frustrated...and is asking me unusually many and weird questions.....then it hit me....he was holding my Icelandic passport and since we are a small country of only 350k ppl. and in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean....he had no idea where Iceland was 😆 and most likely thought I was from a less fortunate country.

So a bit of background so the Pun line will make sense, crime is low, Police does not carry a gun, we do have SWAT team but they have only shot 1 man in the history of the country. USMC had a base there for 60 years, so we more like a child that needs taking care of then a threat.

So I explain a but about where Iceland is and how chill we are and ended up saying ¨do you know what a Terrorist in Iceland is?....a guy that throws tomatoes in buildings¨ he cracked up laughing and said ¨get out of here, you are waisting my time¨ laughing 🤣

There were a few such situations, however, the most memorable was when I was a shop owner and I had to fire a rather tough and toxic employee. In fact, I prepared carefully for this interview, and after it was over, I was incredibly satisfied with how it turned out.

Speaking to all the women who fell in love with me without me realising, no thought process was needed those days.

I never really had the motivation to holler at the ladies. All the women that spark my interest to actually spend time with are fictional characters that only exist in Hollywood movies.
