We'll be having an indoors celebration but I live in a suburb area of my town and usually during the summer its crowded with tourists, but in the winder it's pretty much a ghost town. The beach is only a minute away so we'll still go fire off some fireworks at midnight there :D

I see what you mean, it's hard not to loosen up when everyone around you is fucked up. But a trip somewhere outside of your home country with a loved one or close friends doesn't mean you'll get trashed.
