Which assholes would that be? Kanye West’s former business manager considers the rapper “missing”, as he’s apparently been unable to locate him for several weeks.

I'm sure it is. Kayne must have constant world wide attention. Even if that means saying he loves Hitler to make the news. This is clearly another stunt to make the news and possibly part of his presidential campaign. He won't fall out of the public consciousness he must do something every month to get in the papers and drama is a lot easier to make the papers with than putting out some good music or having concerts.
