Some botnet sellers say they have bot killer feature, if a client infected with any other bots then bot killer will kill all other bots? is this really possible?

majority of bot killers are shitty and only target common startup methods to find malware, some more advanced ones use yara rules to find common malware methods i.e runpe methods or communication methods
