As far as I know, non-KYC is next to impossible to come by when purchasing through a big exchange, unless you use something like an app within Ledger. I've heard Kraken is a bit more lenient with their KYC, but I don't use any of those major exchanges so I cannot say for sure.
I'm Canadian, so I don't get access to CashApp, but if I remember correctly you can convert USD right into BTC directly in the app without KYC. You can also send and receive BTC right within CashApp, might be a good solution to look into if it's available in your country.
Your best bet is to use a "decentralized" service like an exchange service, i.e. somebody who is selling BTC for PayPal/Cashapp/Zelle.

And it really depends on the country you're in. For example, you can buy Bitcoin in my country with cash on pump stations, but the fees are high (around 10%).

Paxful should suffice. Pretty sure you don't have to verify any info until you reach a certain amount exchanged.
