With No arguments, I already Committed , he will get the btc back 44 usd in his wallet, I gave him 1 usa and 3 Canada SMS verification.
My working process is I take time for each number ( 10-15 minutes least ) He want instant service , I was about to setup Self portal for Him so he can do all SMS verification self but My mistake was to deal with New users who are so much impatience,
anyways once my vendor recharge my Wallet today, I will refund him back, No clearance needed. Will update once I do it .

this is also a lie, he went offline and ignored me for 24 hours instead of providing the numbers 1 after another. i wouldnt of minded 10-15mins each if he actually stayed online to send them.
