Florida Student Attacks Teacher Assistant - Prepper - Feb 25, 2023

A Florida student has attacked a teachers assistant because she took away his nintendo switch during class. He run up to her, pushed her to the ground and repeatedly punched and kicked her.

The student was taken into custody and charged with felony aggravated assault with great bodily harm.

Share your thoughts.

In my opinion this is attempted murder over a damn video game, hopefully the justice system does it's job correctly and hands out a proper prison sentence and hopefully the teachers assistant fully recovers without long term issues.

The unhinged viciousness of it reeks of marijuana, they ought to investigate his drug history.

I'm sure him being special needs had nothing to do with how he responded.

Special needs does not justify aggravated assault with great bodily harm or attempted murder. All things needs to be taken into consideration but under no circumstances should he get away with his actions.

Oh, 100%. That comment was geared towards the unhinged poster who gets a hard-on like he's Alex Jones working on a conspiracy to somehow link a crime mentioned in here to marijuana.

I believe most public schools do not have the resources to effectively deal with special needs students. This along with video games and smartphones being used as a babysitter and a "solution" to issues like this just make the problems worse.

Update: The student is being charged as an adult and is being held on $1 million bond for felony aggravated battery on an elected official or education employee.

Good! It was a vicious attack but what struck me was how slow that recruiter was to come help her.

What's so far-fetched about it when this school already has a history of violent potheads? https://newsdaytonabeach.com/stories/matanzas-hs-student-brings-drugs-to-school-batters-srd,10566

I saw this video and it just made me sick to my stomach to know I have women in my family that work in the school system.

So happy this kid is getting trialed as an adult, stomping some women because she took ur gameboy wtf is wrong with this veggie. I saw the video where he was getting arrested and only thing I could think to myself when he said "Am I going to jail? I don't wanna go to jail" was: Well you belong in there or at an asylum in a straight jacket medded outta ya mind.

This is just vengeful and makes you no better than him. Damaging his mind for certain isn't doing anyone any favours, it could make him more of a danger to people in the long run.

What's the connection here other than the incident happened at the same school? Are they handing out marijuana to special needs students or are they siblings? Have they come they concluded the incident listed in the OP was drug related?

Green plant bad.

The connection is violence and pot use. I'm calling for his drug history to be investigated to rule it out, what have you got against this? The "green plant" when used for its dangerous psychotropic effects is bad, yes... It's a botanical poison linked to mental illness. Do you think severe mental illness is good?

Oh nice maybe you should become a prosecutor or a cop… maybe you are one who knows, but I can’t prove that without evidence like you’re linking A to B here… without evidence. Severe mental illness like you continue to show over the course of your posts here is concerning, hopefully you can get some help before it’s too late.
