"Hacking" is a huge topic, to start working in this world you need to know first of all what your specific interests are.
To be able to get by you will need to learn a programming language, or rather... One is not enough, you would need to have in-depth knowledge of almost all languages but that will come with time.
If you have more specific questions I encourage you to respond to this post.

If you're willing to pay $30, there's this bundle that I just found. https://coderedmarketing.eccouncil.org/ethical-hacking-starter-kit/?utm_source=zoho-db&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=ethical-hacking-kit-2023&utm_term=email1 It goes into detail on the technical side and how to do the job, although it won't have career tips. Plenty of those on YouTube, though.

You may want to narrow your view. Hacking can encompass a large segment of Computer Science. Do you want to code? Do you want to syadmin? Maybe work with DBMS? What part of "hacking" most attracts you? Actual system penetration?
