Fav Language - Daquangg - Apr 1, 2023 What’s ur guys favorite programming language for SD RE: Fav Language - padrino - Apr 1, 2023 C# is the only way. lol jk it's just what I got taught at university, and got a job in. I like it though - tons of applications and plenty of resources out there to learn. RE: Fav Language - gigajew - Apr 1, 2023 C# is really nice but C++ is more powerful in my opinion. If you're great at either language it really doesn't matter which one you use. RE: Fav Language - My Computer - Apr 1, 2023 This is a tough question for me since I program in a lot of languages haha. Honestly, if I had to choose one language that is my favourite it would have to be C# since it's really easy to make cross-platform apps with .NET Core. Aside from C#, my second favourite language would have to be TypeScript as I love programming with types because it makes development and reading code much easier in my opinion. RE: Fav Language - Dirty - Apr 1, 2023 I don't really personally care about languages besides their use cases in different scenarios being better than others. For work I mostly use Go, Rust and Scala currently. Which could change overtime if needs to, personally I never understood this whole favourite programming language stuff, to me a language is just a tool like a framework or a program or anything else RE: Fav Language - The_unknown - Apr 2, 2023 It depense on what you will do later but i whould start with C# or with Python RE: Fav Language - oRequiem - Apr 5, 2023 Probably VB.NET as weird as it sounds. It was my first programming language I've learned and I'm just so use to it by now. RE: Fav Language - DarkVision - Apr 5, 2023 I am clinging to C++ and WinAPI as if my life depended on it, occasionally using ASM for special code. RE: Fav Language - rekingg - May 30, 2023 I have developed some decent tools in Python so it is my favorite, i tried javascript for a while but it was not for me. RE: Fav Language - Kalvaxas - Jun 8, 2023 For software, you're probably going to want C# or C++ assuming you'll be doing a lot of OOP. I personally prefer high level like Ruby. Ruby can do quite a lot, and also has ROR for web dev. Ruby is pretty straightforward for writing and reading as well and is a great beginner friendly language. As is Python. (Python is better due to the amount of libraries and environments). |
