The amount of BTC in Bitcoin derivatives exchanges continues to increase (they are used for long or short transactions), while the amount of BTC in spot exchanges decreases (positive)

Why the spot exchange amount decrease is positive for the market? Or I didn't understand correctly?

Bitcoin reserve growth brings sales. Why do people transfer their bitcoins to spot exchanges?
