what the heck is 403 forb?
The HTTP 403 Forbidden response status code indicates that the server understands the request but refuses to authorize it.

There isn't going to be a magic one program to bypass this, otherwise everyone would be doing it. The forum is obviously restricted to certain users accessing it. This could be done via a session or IP based. You need to figure out which one before even trying anything. Most likely it is session based. If that's the case, you need to get the session or creds of someone who has permission to view the forum.
