In North Carolina witnesses at the scene said Robert Singletary, 24, became very angry when the ball went into his yard.
"He looked at my husband and my daughter and told them, 'I'm going to kill you.' "

Sad what the world has come to. Always been bad people in the world but seems like of more recent they are all coming out of the woodwork, hear too much of this stuff nowadays.

The world never ceases to amaze us after all, those things that could very well be thought of as jokes become real. By now I'm not susceptible to news stories of any kind by now I'm accustomed to hearing stories like that and even much worse. In any case, every day I have more disgust in mankind.

I apologise if this is offensive to people but this kind of thing makes me actually glad my parents decided to move us from the USA to a different first world country and while the plan was always to return to the states it never ended up happening.

It seems to me that shootings in general are a lot more common since Covid lockdowns at least where I am when we had zero and 2021 and 2022 we had about three and one stabbing and that shit NEVER happened here until after all the long lockdowns that damaged the city financially. Like I'm not sure they were the wrong choice because I don't know if the hospitals could have coped but they fucked this cities economy and now I might move. We had more and longer lockdowns than any other city in this country and it's fucked our city.
