As far as I know best way is to get the TG channel mass reported, Alternatively you can try to get some other methods which are available in marketplace.

If that group spread p*rnography or some kind of illegal content, yes you can.
But, if its not. then you have no chance.
Upgrade your TG acc to premium. take some screenshot from that group and report them to TG support.

Cheating Arabs on a specific channel, 200-300k bots are enough for 100% of the channel to be banned

Most you'd do is get it temp banned which is almost pointless.
I probably wouldn't worry too much about trying to get something banned if it's not breaking any Terms of Service.
