My neighbors fight every week should I ignore them or teach them to value the life they have been given

You can ask them to try and keep it down if it's happening late at night. If it's during the day not much you can do since it's their right.

Well your point its nice but with some people you cannot teach them good things and they prefer to leave in their mediocrity amd if someone want to give them a better route they became angry
You may givw it a try amd who knows maybe you can succed to give them other perception

Obviously it depends on what kind of fight they are having, if this goes seriously against one of the two you should warn the authorities, if instead they are simply fighting over common issues I think that up to a certain point it is also normal. Surely you can start by going to them and asking them to try not to create too much noise as it could annoy the neighborhood. If all this comes to a physical offensive you should certainly notify the authorities and intervene in case you see that it could end badly.
