I have tried Ahmyth and looks like it's not compatible anymore with the recent android versions. I've tried to install the apk in my phone and got a pop-up saying so.
Is there any recent useable android rat?

Nope, only banking trojans which you you can rent on some cybercrime forums. Prices are mostly between 2-5k$ a month.
Other than that there is not much you can get, besides some free open-source solutions such as AndroSpy or similar, these are mostly not viable option nowadays.
Videos and websites that you can find online are just blatant and poor scam attempts.

I'm looking for the same thing, if anyone has a solution please reach out. I have been tasked by my work to RAT a disgruntled employee's phone and check if they have any images of the workplace or files they should not have.
