Are the gpu and cpu combined in one chip like the A15 Chip that apple has for example, that has both the gpu and cpu in one chip?
And Apple designs the chip right? Then they give the design to TSMC to produce it for them?

Yes that is correct, it's combined and they designed it in house.

Do you know the difference between arm and x86? Arm architecture is more power efficient while x86 is power hungry but better performance?
