Guy shows a tool turning an .exe payload + a decoy .txt to a .lnk and it bypasses windows smartscreen.
Any idea how its done? Should be any easy thing. Idk if anyone can link a blog talking about the technique...

Didnt see the video, but its done most likely in powershell
