Scams. Just make a new account.
The only working method is to go work for Valve and remove it yourself and hope none of the other employees find out that you're cheating the system.
I hope that in the future when you look back at these posts warning you of the scams, when you do end up getting scammed for 1k, that you realize that you were an idiot for trusting that random HF member who PM'd you saying he/she could do it.

Very unlikely to happen. Just don't keep anything valuable on your account you also cheat on. With that kind of money offered you should of considered a spare account + copy of whatever game you were playing. If someone claims they can help you ban another low level freebie account and have someone unban it before you payout something like this (and use a trusted middle man).

The only way you undo a VAC ban is via social engineering someone high-level at Valve. That's never worth the effort -- better to just make a new account.

This isn't going to happen. Nobody working for valve is going to risk getting fired for some shmuck that probably deserved to get banned.

There was a Reddit thread of someone who got VAC banned then managed to get unbanned.
but in his case, he was banned for no reason and eventually managed to reach an official company rep. and speak with them, have the incident investigated and finally got unbanned.
I doubt your ban was unfair so, It's very unlikely anyone will do this for you.
and even if a method exists, you need to ask yourself, what prevents someone who has such method from buying VAC-banned CSGO accounts (for example) that got thousands for dollars of skins, unban them then sell everything?
