Man, get yourself a Bethesda open-world RPG downloaded. That's what I'd do haha. Just live in TES or Fallout while you're stuck in the air.

Personally if your on a 20 hour long flight, I'd get wifi on my phone and just chill.

download cod zombies, try to last as long as your flight then go yolo mode once your flight is landing
but me personally, I'd just buy the wifi on the flight as I like to do business or even gamble on the flight, make or lose some mula always keep me entertained ;)
I make it a goal to pay for the trip hehe

Call of Duty: Ghosts has a great campaign, As for movies The Wolf of Wall Street and War Dogs are two great picks.

Archero is probably the MOST fun, HOWEVER

For a long trip/flight, I wouldn't really suggest gaming but since that's what you want, I would suggest a decent single player game with some decent story.
Personally, I would play Dishonored again (either both parts) or one part several times (since your actions have consequences in the game, I would play it once full stealth and once full cowboy mode)
but generally, any game with decent story will be great, I don't think there's any game that would take over 10h to finish the story.
Now personally, I would prefer binge-watching a good show/anime or couple of decent movies (especially if movies with several parts which is successful)
