Like I said in a previous reply it says some shit like "the system cannot find path" not fully what it displays but I see something like that

Probably due to one of your startup program, can you check using "Run" Windows and typing "shell:startup" ?
Can you check in the task manager for any app that startup at the boot ?
Do you deal with malware or cracked software ? Did you run an AV scan ?

Problem has been solved. It was some shit on task scheduler
