I found a few ones online but I have made one in PHP before that uses the @att.net, @verizon.org etc to send them

get a virtual sms number, sign up, done

These days there is no e that send it from someone's else's number without getting a hold of their phone. Back in the day you could spoof from any number

You most likely cannot have an SMS spoofer as the security on Spoofing has increased substantially over the past years. You can call spoof, though.
