Now that I own Profit,
I would like to do a little sub-lease of a group if anyone's interested.

$600/year to gain leadership/access to kick/add/sell buy-ins/change the group user bar, change the group name, basically you get full control over the group / can do with it as you wish for the year (With an option to renew).

TOS include:

If you scam, you get kicked with no refunds (unless you're innocent)

If you wish to rebrand/change the group graphics, etc, that comes out of your pockets.

If you declare to sell buy-ins, 20% of the PROFITS go to me. I.E AFTER you make your $600 back, 20% of all profits via group invites go to me until end of lease (This means if you sell a group invite for 100$, you need to sell 6 in 1 year to make your money back)

Hopefully adding a price point allows people to be more willing/able to run a group to their full ability & help groups be active again

If this plan doesn't work out, Plan B it is (I still gotta think of plan B)

I really like this idea. I hope someone takes advantage of it and spreads the group around. It would be nice to see some impacts being made.

ALSO: I am offering short-term leases as well, it doesn't have to be 1 Year. If you ever wanted to know what it's like owning a group but don't want to pay thousands of dollars,

You can do short-term rentals too.

The only reason I require payment is that if you're willing to pay money to run a group, you're more likely to take it seriously.

Or else I'd do it for free if I thought someone is actually willing to run the group and make it the best it can be, but there are not many people who would.
