I was just wondering how people that crack paid programs, get access to the downloads for them?

Get access to the applications main installation and then work to bypass the copy protection and licensing.

Its called reverse engineering
it takes time to learn, do, and successfully pull off, and its not easy

In 90% of cases, there is a trial version of the software available for free. The crackers download the trial version and reverse engineer it from there. Other times they may buy the software, if it is cheap, then reverse engineer it. Or they may hack a target who has the software, exfiltrate it, and then reverse it. Regardless, there isn't a specific website or forum where the uncracked software is available all in one place, if that's what you were thinking.
