I remembered that there is something called marco, and you can inject to it malicious code to get access to your target machine.
Also I think there is one more way, to inject and make fake file that looks like excel file, but while running, it will execute your malware/back door to the target system.

There are macro excel exploits available but microsoft has published update to disable macros by default, only if user click Enable edit and file is unblocked from downloaded unknown computer, I have made some FUD xlsm exploits with startup etc which bypass gmail and WD but they require for user to click "Enable Edit" in order to execute, another option is to look for other exploits available

Yeah, macros were disabled by default years ago, and Microsoft added scary warnings. Still, check out exploit-db.com if you haven't yet.
