Can somebody help on how to proceed with hosting loki botnet with vps after uploading files the URL keeping give me a 404 error Url cannot be found on this server.

Have you installed a webserver on your vps_?

Loki is outdated.
If you still want it, then make sure that you have successfully connected database. Then, make sure to proceed with installation by following up the path of install.php in your browser.

It sounds like you are trying to use free hosting.. rent and configure a VPS.

The malware you are trying to setup is around 10 years old. You are only wasting time with it.
Generally using a cracked/free malware is worthless, in most cases its outdated, heavily detected and its functions are often broken, even when they might look like working.
Its always recommended to buy malware directly from the original owner, avoding all the resellers.
