Front end needs work I finished custom login registration pages and also worked on the index user panels needs to be re done
Backend is 100% finished just need extra features added to it so could be a simple task
I already have a solid marketing plan so I worries there

Hate people who offer rev split.. Brother if you're not an already established business with reputation, no one is gonna bother going for that "rev split" for project that might not even be profitable
