What is weird is that this guy is showing an Internal as it clearly has wallhack and the minimum for that is being able to at least read memory, but it also got an aimbot and such as well, so i would consider this fully internal.

Internal is when the cheat code executing is residing within the game-process
External is when the cheat code executing is residing within another process than the game-process.
You can Achive the same things a Internal cheat has with an External cheat external does not mean
its Pixel based or does any screen detection.

You absolutely can draw walls in external cheats. If you'd like I can list a bunch of external cheats with walls.

Then it still reads memory, how to read memory without touching the process or injecting anything?
This is still considered internal, marketing it as external only because it doesn't modify memory but only reads it, is false marketing.
External is pixel based nothing else.

The most common way, reading data from network adapter.
External cheats simply mean it doesn't inject into the game process.
That's all it means.
If you don't use cheats, you really should just stop at this point.
PhantomOverlay.io is external and draws ESP
HEXUI.com is external and draws ESP

external most certainly does not mean PIXEL, external simply means that it doesn't inject into the game. e.g. It isn't dropping a dll or injecting a dll into the game process.
