I want to be free from Apple and Microsoft. Recommend a Linux distribution? - Alux - Sep 5, 2023
I'm swaying away from Apple and Microsoft as I know they're government based operating systems, as are many of you...
But I was just wondering... is Mint the best option to go for? To get it all looking and feeling good and nice to work with?
Let me know! What's the best Linux distro?

Virtualizes windows very, very well with low resource utilization.
I personally use linux mint as my home OS, but virtual machine Windows.
Okay thanks for that. I guess I would be needing windows for most of my tools and such. But I want to change this. Maybe getting into Linux is the way for me.
