I have a lot of experience in it. Practiced a lot of astral projections and lucid Dreaming techniques which gave me great results. Try yoga nidra

Actually yes! I am able to fully pause, rewind and Fastforward all of my dreams that I have. I don't know how I did this though. One day I was just able to do it.

the ability to control your dreams and be aware 100% of it, you'll feel like if you are irl, doing stuff like flying and summoning stuff and shit..

Just watched inception and I was wondering if that shit is real, found out that you can actually control your dreams and do whatever u like in them

Sounds stupid. Why would I want to escape reality into my dreams?
