Free: dynu, dynv6, free dns afraid, duckdns, duiadns, now-dns, freeddns
and many others that you could find after a simple google search.
Paid: Any bulletproof domain with a proper setup would work just fine.

What examples is good paid bulletproof domains?
I used to use Namecheap, is that still good enough? :)
